Toys Share Program

Welcome to the "Toy Sharing Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"). This project aims to promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources and the concept of sustainable environmental protection. In order to protect the rights and interests of all members and ensure the safety and hygiene of toys, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before joining and using this program: 1. Membership and account use VIP exclusive benefits: This program is only available to VIP website members who have completed registration and maintained valid status. Accounts are non-transferable: Member accounts can only be used by the registered person and his or her family, and cannot be rented, transferred or authorized to a third party. Termination of qualification: If a member's VIP status expires or is terminated, he or she will automatically lose the qualification to borrow toys and must return all borrowed toys immediately. 2. Toy borrowing and cleaning fees Free borrowing and cleaning fees: Toys under this plan can be borrowed for free, but members must pay a designated "cleaning and maintenance fee" at each reservation. Some toys require a deposit. Freight burden: Self-pickup/store return: Shipping fee is waived. Express delivery/return: All relevant shipping costs (including delivery and return) are borne by the member. Borrow quantity and period: Each VIP member can borrow up to 1 toy at a time. Each borrowing period is [maximum 30 days], starting from the day the toy is received or picked up. 3. RE-PLAY five-stage disinfection standards and safety guarantees Hygiene Commitment: This platform promises that all rented toys will pass the strict RE-PLAY "five-stage disinfection standard" (please refer to RE-PLAY for the relevant process) to ensure safety and sterility. Pre-shipment Inspection: Toys undergo complete safety and component inspection before shipment. Confirmation before use: After members receive the toy, please check the status of the toy within 24 hours. If you find serious damage, missing parts or hygienic concerns, please take photos immediately and contact customer service. 4. Regulations on the use and return of toys Proper Use: Children must always be supervised by an adult when playing with any loaner toys. Damage to toys, loss of accessories and compensation: Slight scratches or marks caused by normal use will not be considered damage, and members do not need to compensate. If the core accessories are missing when returning the toys and the entire set cannot be used or the entire set is lost, the same or similar products must be purchased in the second-hand market to replace them. If a deposit is required for a toy, the cost of related accessories or the value of the product purchased in the market will be deducted from the deposit first.
