Returns & Replacements

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the items you have purchased...

We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Goods must be unused, in original packing and with tags if applicable
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
3. All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable
4. Items must be sent to us at the below address. If you would prefer for us to pick the items up from you, a HKD50 charge will apply

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable or damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on detailing your Order ID and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then be happy to make a exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your email. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to the management of ME100FUN. Unless the item is faulty, a refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged. In these cases the items will be returned to you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for all delivery costs including the return of the items to us. In the case where free delivery was offered on the original order, an additional $50 delivery fee may be payable to ME100FUN and which may be deducted from the refund amount. If returning items to us by post, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, we will arrange for an exchange. ME100FUN's decision is final.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product and price details are correctly displayed on the website we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. It is your responsibility to ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked the details of the products you order as they may have changed since you last viewed them on our website.

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of dispatch sent to the email account provided by you. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and ME100FUN through this website shall be governed and construed according to Hong Kong law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be charged immediately for your order.

If paying by bank transfer, your order will not be dispatched until we have identified your payment in our bank account. To facilitate this, please ensure that you use as reference the order number provided.

If paying by cash, goods will only be left with you once full payment has been received

PAID BY CASH We accept CASH ONLY in our showroom. We will also accept cash if you want to trade at MTR station(Please contact us at 29740008 if you want to trade at MTR station.
PAID BY BANK TRANSFER If you choose paid by bank transfer, we will contact you after receiving your order. Delivery is FREE on orders over HK$800 to all locations in Hong Kong SAR. For orders below HK$800, delivery charge will be calculated by the volume and weight of the products.

If the items in your cart have different delivery times (as shown on shopping cart page - illustrated below), you can choose to split your order into multiple deliveries. An extra delivery fee is applied for multiple deliveries unless your delivery value is above $800 .


The estimated delivery times of products are 1-2 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday. If your shopping cart contains items with different delivery dates, you can choose to have these delivered separately by email to Choosing to have your items delivered separately may incur an extra delivery charge.

There are Five different methods for delivery in Hong Kong

1) Hand delivery

We charge HK150/order.Deliveries can be made Monday to Sunday, including public holiday. A full payment should be made before delivery.We may use a third party delivery company to deliver your order.

2) SF-Express (Charges pay by receiver)

This delivery method is provided by SF Express. You can delivery to all the SF Express service station or locker at . Delivery charge will be paid by the receiver. The delivery fee is based on weight and volumn of the products.A full payment should be made before delivery.

3) SF-Express Weight vs. Destination

This delivery method is provided by SF Express. Delivery is FREE on orders over HK$800 to all locations in Hong Kong SAR. For orders below HK$800, delivery charge will be calculated by the volume and weight of the products. An additional charge will be paid by receiver if delivery to a residential address. A full payment should be made before delivery.

4) By Post Office

This delivery method is provided by Hong Kong Post Office.  Delivery is FREE on orders over HK$800 to all locations in Hong Kong SAR. For orders below HK$800, delivery charge will be calculated by the volume and weight of the products. NO additional charge will be paid by receiver if delivery to a residential address. A full payment should be made before delivery.

5) Pay at showroom / MTR Station

You can make an order on our website and pick them up in our showroom. You can pay them on-line by Credit card/PayPal or by cash at our showroom. Trading at MTR station is a flexible delivery method which is tailor made to the customer individually. Please contact us at (852)29740008 for more details.

**If no-one is home then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements.If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.If you have any concerns about our published delivery times, please email us at and we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.


You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
